AIRLINE PROJECTS Tri-Star Marketing Company has provided consulting services to airlines for seventeen

Developed a new marketing organization and program for the United States. This
included a new reservations center, a new nationwide advertising program, expansion of the tour program, implementation of
a frequent flyer program, and establishment of marketing partnerships with U.S. carriers.
Air America
Developed a Business Plan and reorganized the marketing program for the airline. Implemented a new sales strategy for charters
and expanded the scheduled passenger service. Worked with the owners in selling the company to investors.
Hawaiian
Airlines
Developed the Business Plan that led to the financing for purchase of the company by an investment
group. Worked with new owners in reorganizing the route system, updating the fleet, gaining new international route authority,
and implementing a new marketing program that significantly increased revenue.
Air Marshall Islands
Developed a route plan for expansion of the airline as a subcontractor to AMR Services. Worked with the airline in establishing
interline agreements and expanding sales in the mainland U.S.
Compass Airlines
Developed
the marketing and sales strategy in the United States and Canada for a new airline in Australia. Created interline agreements
with the major U.S. and Canadian airlines that operate to Australia. Implemented net fare agreements with the major tour operators
that sold packages to Australia. Provided route analysis for expansion of service.
Azerbaijan Airlines
Contracted to a U.S. energy company to help reorganize the national airline of Azerbaijan to allow the airline to operate
to the major centers of Europe and the Middle East. Worked with the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Italy in establishing
bi-lateral agreements for air service to Baku, Azerbaijan. Developed a routes system for international operations to Europe
and the fleet plan for the system.
Eagle Canyon Airlines
Developed a new operating
program for the new owners of the airline. Originally, an aviation company that operated commuter service to the Grand Canyon,
a jet charter operation with a DC-9 and Lear jets, and a cargo operation with CV-600 aircraft.
Southwest
Airlines
Created an international sales program in Australia, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong for the U.S.
airline. Established booking and ticketing procedures to purchase tickets in these countries for Southwest Airlines flights
in the United States. Developed the advertising and direct mail program in these countries.
Viscount Air
Service
Provided management support in the reorganization of a charter airline that operated a fleet of
B-737 and B-727 aircraft for sports teams, entertainers, and tour programs.
Reno Air
Created an international sales program in twenty-four countries in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle East for the
airline. Established booking and ticketing procedures to purchase tickets overseas and develop group business. Also advised
the airline on marketing programs and expansion opportunities.
Emerald Airlines
Developed
a Strategic Business Plan for a start up airline based in Atlanta. The new airline planned to acquire the used DC-9 aircraft
that Delta Air Lines traded in to McDonnell Douglas and operate these aircraft on a hub and spoke system at Atlanta.
Frontier Airlines
Created an international sales program in twenty-four countries in Europe, Asia,
the Pacific, and the Middle East for the airline. Established booking and ticketing procedures to purchase tickets overseas
and develop group business. Jet USA Airlines
Developed the route system and the Business
Plan and helped raise funding for a start up airline based in California. The new airline planned to be the first airline
to operate the A-320 aircraft on trans-continental routes linking New York, Boston, and Washington D.C. with the various satellite
airports in California including Oakland, San Jose, Long Beach, Burbank and Orange County.
AIRPORT PROJECTS Tri-Star Marketing Company has spent the past eight years working with airports

new ways to increase revenue. Tri-Star Marketing Company has successfully worked with airports to increase new revenue by

Los Angeles World Airports
Developed marketing program to attract new
air service to Palmdale Regional Airport as a follow-up on the L.A. county program. Successfully recruited new air service
to Las Vegas for Palmdale Airpot.
Long Beach
Municipal Airport
Developed strategy for effective use of slots and identified target airline candidates
for new air service to key domestic markets. Developed recruiting program and was successful in getting Jet Blue to offer
new air service to New York City, Washington D.C., Oakland, Las Vegas, and Boston, get Alaska airlines to offer new service
to Seattle, and get American Airlines to offer new service to Chicago, and New York City.
Sacramento International Airport, Sacramento, California
Created business strategy to recruit new passenger service to Mexico, Hawaii, and Canada. Develop Cargo Marketing Program
for Sacramento Mather Airport.
Stockton
Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California
Developed an Air Service Study for Passenger and Cargo service.
Produced an extensive econometric model for forecasting passenger and cargo demand. Made presentations to community leaders
and community forum. Identified market opportunities and airlines that can best meet the needs of the community. Recruited
new jet service to Phoenix.

Developed Air Service Study for Commuter and Jet Passenger Service. Work with
Airport in identifying market opportunities and recruiting new passenger air service. Successful in getting new air service

Branson Regional Airport, Branson, Missouri
Developed Business Plan and Marketing
Action Program for a new airport at Branson, Missouri. Recruited new Air Service.
Logan-Cache Airport, Logan, Utah
Created Strategic
Business Plan to develop 600 acres at airport and attract new air service. Currently working to recruit new regional jet passenger
service to Denver and express cargo service.
Ventura County Department of Aviation, Camarillo, California
Developed a Marketing Plan to attract new commuter passenger air service to Oxnard Airport. Developed a forecast to determine
the passenger demand for the creation of a joint military/commercial use airport at Pt. Mugu that can support commercial jet
service for Ventura County. Worked with County in making presentations and attracting new business. Recruited new air service
to Phoenix.
Santa Maria Public
Airport, Santa Maria, California
Developed a Strategic Business Plan for the efficient use of 250 acres
of industrial land. Created a strategy to get new businesses to locate at the airport and produce an Air Service Study to
identify air passenger potential and airlines that would meet the needs of the community. Developed the Marketing Plan to
recruit new businesses to locate on airport land and made presentations to airlines to add new service at Santa Maria. Recruited
new air service to Las Vegas.
Modesto City and County Airport, Modesto, California
Developed a Strategic Business Plan on how the community can best use the assets at the Airport. Over 150 aviation related
business enterprises were identified in the Marketing Plan. Tri-Star retained to recruit new Business opportunities and recruit
new air service to locate at the Modesto Airport. Also, working with Modesto Junior College in establishing an air academy.
Successful in leasing our additional land at the airport. Working to recruit regional jet service to Los Angeles.
Sioux Gateway Airport, Sioux City, Iowa
Developed an Air Service Study for Passengers and Cargo
jointly with the Airport and the Chamber of Commerce. Active in recruiting new passenger and cargo service to Sioux City.
Successful in getting new air service from Sioux City to Denver.
Provo Municipal Airport, Provo, Utah
Developed Air Service Study to determine the feasibility for commercial passenger and cargo service at the airport. Identified
primary markets for jet and regional jet service and identified target airline candidates to provide the service. Forecast
the economic impact on the community for new air service.
Lamar
Airport, Lamar Colorado
Created Business Plan to attract new business and new air service to the airport.
Developed grant application under the Small Community Air Service Development Program that was successful in winning a $300,000
grant. Working with community to start new commuter service to Denver in the summer of 2004.
Ely-White
Pine County Airport, Ely, Nevada
Created Strategic Business Plan to attract new business and new air
service. Helped community receive EAS grant to support new air service to Las Vegas. Working to expand air service to Elko,
Reno, and Salt Lake City.
Rock Springs-Sweetwater Airport, Rock Springs, Wyoming
Developed Air Service Market Study to define the air travel needs of the community. Worked with the airport in expanding service
to Denver and getting new air service to Salt Lake City. Developed grant application to received funding to support the new
air service.
Wendover Airport,
Wendover, Utah
Developed Strategic Plan to recruit new air service for airport that has not had air
service for three years. Working to recruit charter service to bring passengers to the five hotel/casino’s in West Wendover,
Nevada. Successful in receiving a conditional approval for air service by a jet charter airline.
Hayward
Municipal Airport, Hayward, California
Develop a feasibility analysis and assessment of the Airport’s
market potential for air passengers and commercial air service. This analysis will help the City of Hayward evaluate a number
of future options for the airport.
Blythe Municipal Airport, Blythe, California
Developed an Air Service Study to determine the feasibility for commercial air service at the airport and identify markets
to be served along with the airlines that may provide the service. Working with the community and with the Department of Transportation
on Essential Air Service and working to recruit new air service to Blythe.
Montgomery Field, San Diego,
California
Analyzed business opportunities for general aviation airport. Prepared feasibility analysis
and market study on the establishment of an aircraft manufacturing facility at Montgomery Field.
Brown

Feasibility analysis for privatization of airport and the development of
an all cargo airport. Determining financial impact on the City of San Diego.
